Momentum
The Compounding Power of Consistency
"For who hath despised the day of small things? for they shall rejoice, and shall see the plummet in the hand of Zerubbabel with those seven; they are the eyes of the LORD, which run to and fro through the whole earth." (Zechariah 4:10, KJV)
Human nature longs for dramatic, overnight transformation. Yet the Kingdom operates primarily through the steady, compounding law of sowing and reaping. Great enterprises are rarely born in sudden explosions of progress; they are forged through the unglamorous repetition of daily faithfulness. When momentum is small, the enemy tempts you to despise the beginning and abandon your post.
Momentum is built like a heavy flywheel: the first rotations require intense exertion with little visible motion, but once rotary inertia takes hold, the speed and power compound exponentially. Do not abandon your labor simply because the fruit has not broken the surface. Faithfulness in the mundane unlocks divine acceleration in the appointed time.
Zechariah 4:10; Galatians 6:9; 1 Corinthians 15:58; Mark 4:26-29; Hebrews 6:11-12; Proverbs 13:11
I will not despise my modest beginnings. I honor the power of daily consistency, remaining steadfast and immovable, knowing that my persistent labor will yield a divine harvest!
